While Castlethorn made its name initially in the residential market, we also boast a proud track record of commercial development. Many of our commercial developments support our residential offerings, while others, such as the Dundrum Town Centre, exist independently.
Commercial developments completed by Castlethorn Construction to date include the Village and River Centre in Rathborne, Belarmine Plaza and The Adamstown Sentinel.
Occupiers within these developments include many of the best national and international retail brands from Harvey Nichols to Superquinn and from Pizza Hut to Unicare.
Future developments will include Adamstown Central, a large mixed use development in the heart of Adamstown and Woodbrook in South Dublin.
On the investment side, our portfolio includes the 80,000 sq ft Merrion House in Dublin 4, the city’s most prestigious business quarter.
